This is a great class for the Beginner student to start. This Beginning Hot Yoga Series is taught in the tradition learned through the Lineage from Calcutta India. This Class is a 90 minute class that will have you work yourself through the entire body.
Every muscle, joint, organ, and cell will be re-awakened and lead towards their more normal balanced state. The goal of this series is to establish a Well Balanced You through compressing and stretching the entire body.
Very helpful to your Spine, you will feel a refreshed sense of being as this series of postures centers you on your spine and invigorates your nervous system helping to achieve a positive state of equilibrium. Many people begin their yoga practice here working to achieve overall wellness or even working to correct injuries and imbalances. Here you will be challenged physically, mentally, and spiritually as you dig deeper into self.
