All aspects of this practice exist in perfect balance. Here you will find the ultimate fusion of Hot Yoga. Breath, Movement, and Thought work in unison to create the changes of your choice. This class emphasizes additional strength development of the upper body as well as increased opening of the hips and pelvis. This particular series will also challenge your upper body in new ways as well as create new access points into your body. Every muscle, joint, organ, and cell will be re-awakened and brought towards their more normal balanced state.
The goal of this Hatha Yoga practice which, follows the Bishnu Ghosh tradition, is mainly focused on healing the body. Though the classes are challenging, healing the body from the inside out is a very important concept brought to us from Parmahonsa Yoganandaji & Bishnu Ghosh.
Unlike many styles of yoga, this Hatha practice works through the entire body equally to leave you with a “well balanced” form and practice. Once the body has been worked through and brought into equilibrium it will be open and cooperative to enjoy a more directed asana practice such as Hip Openers, Backbends, or Stretching Postures.
