Bikram Yoga was the original form of Hot Yoga introduced to the United States in the early 1970’s. Since then, this very special yoga practice has taken on its own path of development.  Years of innovation and evolution has developed many of the class styles offered at Fire Shaper.   Bringing styles as well as communities together, both beginners and experienced clients practice with Fire Shaper.  All of our classes are designed to assist the very beginning person as well as challenge the more experienced or fit one.  At all times, it is your choice how far within or out of your comfort zone you choose to go and our most beginning client is welcome to any of our class offerings.

Dig yourself into our Hot Yoga Teacher Training courses which are designed for our future “forward thinking" teachers and also designed for those on a path of personal betterment or transformation. Fire Shaper will also be offering partnership programs for centers that are interested in offering Fire Shaper Hot Yoga in their facility. We have the knowledge, the experience, the resources and the passion to assist you in creating something for your clients unparalleled by any other fitness center. We will also be launching some other very exciting growth opportunities for those that might be interested in opening a Fire Shaper Hot yoga studio for themselves.
