Living a life of wellness has been an ingrained part of her, as a runner for over 30 years, as well as being a fitness trainer, personal trainer and coach. By far, sharing the 8 Limbs of Yoga, teaching Yoga Asana and practicing yoga in her daily life brings her the greatest joy. Yoga has provided the inspiration she was searching for.

After being introduced to Hot Yoga in 2013, she received Hot 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification in 2014, 500 Hour RYT in 2017-2018, and 40 hour training in yoga therapy in 2019. Lisa also practices and teaches meditation.

Each person has the power to inspire others. Within us all lies a wonderful teacher, a soul that greatly inspires others to seek the highest good and to engage fully in life, merely by expressing an authentic self.
