Kanan embraces a natural lifestyle which includes steady yoga practice, whole nutrition, and wellness care. She is enjoys creative arts and is devoted to parenting with healthy options.
Kanan holds a Masters Degree and License in Social Work and has extensive experience providing clinical counseling to women and children. Kanan is passionate about teaching yoga to children and exploring mindful birthing options with expectant parents. Kanan received her training in childbirth education and is a trained birth doula.
