Yoga found Kelly 7 years ago and has taken her on a journey of self-discovery and connection within. With an athletic background, Kelly was looking for different ways to increase mobility, support strength-based practices, and connect with her mind, body, and spirit. She has learned that inner strength translates just as much as outer strength, on and off the mat.
As her passion for yoga increased, along with her Education background, she knew teaching yoga was always on the horizon. She has dedicated herself to fostering the same mind, body experiences in her classes through meaningful and powerful movement. Providing a positive and safe environment, whilst guiding students to connect with their body and breath is her first priority. Kelly completed her 200-hour YTT, specializing in Flow, and Burn Training taught by Fire Shaper's best!
