The intensity of a hot room and the rewarding benefits which come after jumping into a yoga practice hooked Sue in such a way that changed her life forever. She has a passion for the tranquility and meditation of the practice and a desire to share the healing benefits of body and soul with others.
Outside of yoga, Sue enjoys time with her three children and four cats. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, white water rafting and other outdoor adventures which truly give her pleasure. Sue approaches yoga in the form of play and exploration: always encouraging her students to take a playful approach to their yoga practice. Read Less
