7 DAY CHALLENGE

Join in on our 7 day challenge and practice a min of 5 times this week…there are no prizes but your body & soul will love you for it. Look out for the poster board in the studio to track your classes. You’ve got this!

TUESDAY – 108 SUN SALUTATIONS IN THE PARK & FREE CLASSES

If you are close to our Westwood studio we are running a special session in the park – 108 Sun Salutations! This is a free event and we would love to see you bring friends and family to move, breath and celebrate.
