Being a stay at home mom to twins, yoga has helped her find balance and peace on and off the mat. She fell in love with the studio’s welcoming atmosphere and genuine staff and became part of the work study program in North Haledon in 2016. As her practice grew she realized she wanted to share her passion for yoga with others and completed Fire Shaper’s 200 hour teacher training in the spring of 2018.

Toni hopes to show her students that anyone can enjoy the practice of yoga and how great the benefits of the practice truly are. Read Less
