Flow
Flow is Fire Shaper’s Vinyasa yoga class, based on modern power yoga with traditional pranayama (breath) and asana (postures). The yoga is practised in a flow (continuous) format and is combined with an inspiring musical soundtrack.
This heated class combines our Infra-red Heat (studio heat), with the Internal Fire created by the practice, to give a whole body experience. Fire Shaper’s Flow class will inspire your creativity and passion while bringing focus to your practice.

Blaze
For lovers of the original Bikram Yoga series, we offer the traditional 26 Asanas and 2 breathing exercises in our 90mns Blaze class.
Practiced in our heated room in order to achieve maximum results and detoxification, the Blaze series combines the original Bikram Yoga which you love with our dynamic, modern instructors and state of the art hot yoga studio to deliver a consistent yet refreshing practice. This class emphasizes health and wellbeing for your spine, joints and organs. We promise it will change your life, just be ready to sweat!

Flow II
A step up from Fire Shaper's standard Flow class our teachers introduce a number of more experienced postures to challenge your body, mind and soul. Arm balances, Inversions, and dynamic movements are sprinkled into this well thought out class. Options are often provided for those that need assistance with their strength, balance and range. This allows for your rapid growth as you will indeed improve from class to class.
Our students are often surprised on how well they perform especially over time. Our goal is to showcase the amazing power that each of you are. Confidence, strength, coordination and a rock solid foundation are just some of the benefits that you'll experience in our Flow II classes.

Burn
Our Burn class is a fusion of Yoga and Weights that is designed to target specific muscle "burn" zones to shape and tone the entire body.
Set to a modern, jamming soundtrack, you will use hand weights and of course yoga postures to build lean muscle mass and burn fat and calories all in a fun, safe environment led by our energetic Burn instructors.

Shape
Shape is Fire Shaper’s mat exercise class based on the popular “Pilates” method developed by Joseph Pilates. Practised in a warm studio to help soften muscles and warm the body, your Shape certified instructor will tailor the class to your needs, working specifically on small, controlled movements to build incredible core strength and control.
Whether for injury rehabilitation, or just to develop your core strength for every day life, be warned: our Shape mat classes are guaranteed to have you feeling the ‘Shape burn’ for days after you leave the mat!

Restore
Yin Yoga is a slow paced yet deeply effective class which aims to release chronic tension, prolonged stress and even deep, painful musculoskeletal conditions through the releasing and stretching of the bodies connective tissue.
Rather than using dynamic postures and heat, Yin will nourish and relax you into a state of bliss and comfort whereby the pain, tension and stress will literally clear and dissolve.

Fresh
Fresh is Fire Shaper’s foundation hot yoga class. This heated class includes asana (postures) and pranayama (breath) that are practised in a warm or hot room, depending on the class time and instructor.
Designed for our newest students and freshest teachers, the practice is slightly less dynamic than our Ignite class while allowing students to work at their own level. This class is perfect for the apprehensive beginner.
