Erin discovered hot yoga in 2021 while home from college break and took her first class at FireShaper, instantly connecting with the heat, rhythm, and energy of the practice. Over time, her love for yoga became a shared experience, evolving into a family activity she enjoyed alongside her dad and two sisters. After graduating from Syracuse University and starting her professional career at an advertising agency, Erin decided to deepen her commitment to the yoga practice by enrolling in teacher training. In 2025, Erin earned her RYT-200 certificate through training at YogaRenew in Hoboken, NJ. Today, she brings her passion for movement and mindfulness into every class, leading fiery flows that challenge the body, ground the mind, and ignite inner strength.
