Kristi has always had a passion for health and fitness, but it wasn’t until she began practicing yoga regularly that she truly experienced its transformative effects both on and off the mat. Yoga has given her tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater awareness and resilience. Inspired to share this gift with others, Kristi completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2015. Since then, she has been teaching full time, practicing under skilled instructors, and continuing to deepen her knowledge through additional trainings. Kristi also holds a B.S. in Exercise Science, providing her with a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology. Her classes are thoughtfully structured, challenging yet purposeful and designed to help students connect with their bodies and move in a way that feels authentic to them. Showing up is what counts. Kristi looks forward to guiding you through your practice.
