Certified by Bikram Choudhury, in 2002 Mara enjoys following her passion of yoga and teaching with Fire Shaper. Mara maintained a regular practice through two pregnancies, never letting her pregnancies slow her down, but rather using hot yoga to maintain optimal health throughout. She maintains a regular practice to date, teaching part time, and enjoying her two young girls. Through yoga she connects deeply with her purpose of serving others.
